Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ji Ji Kiki and we accept returns on most items*. Please contact us within 14 days of of the dispatch date of your order. Items must be returned in unused condition within 21 days of purchase. Please click here or email emma@jijikiki.com to contact us to receive information on how to return your purchase(s).

We are also happy to exchange your item/s if you need a different size or colour.

*We can not refund these items;

• Earrings for pierced ears, for hygiene reasons (these are clearly marked with (+) )
• Delivery costs (unless the mistake is our fault)
• Gift wrap, including wrapping paper
• Mystery Bags

If you have received a faulty or broken item we are very sorry. Please email emma@jijikiki.com and we will try to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

Once you have contacted us, you have a legal "duty of care" to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods at your expense - we highly recommend that returns are sent using a trackable posting method such as Recorded Delivery to ensure that it arrives to us safely.

Returns are usually processed within a week of arrival and may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
