Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ji Ji Kiki but we know that sometimes things don't work out and we accept returns on most items*.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of the dispatch date of your order. Items must be received back within 21 days of the order dispatch date (as shown on the shipment confirmation email).

Items must be returned in unworn condition with the original packaging intact otherwise they will be ineligible for a refund or subject to a restocking fee.

We are also happy to exchange your item/s if you need a different size or colour.

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange

  • Earrings for pierced ears, for hygiene reasons
  • Returns received in a damaged or worn condition
  • Returns received after 21 days or purchase
  • Delivery costs, unless the mistake is our fault
  • Mystery Bags

What if I used a discount on my order?

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

How long do you take to process refunds?

Returns are usually processed within a week of arrival and may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your card statement. Refunds for orders paid for via Paypal will be refunded to the original funding source (Paypal balance or card).

What if there was something wrong with my order?

If you have received a faulty or broken item we are very sorry. Please email hello@jijikiki.com so we can make this right.
