I am an international customer, can I buy from you?

Of course! We have just introduced new, lower shipping rates to countries outside of the UK. For more detailed information please visit the shipping information page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by credit or debit card (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron or Solo) or PayPal.

I've fallen in love with something out of stock - when will it be back in?

If an item is really popular, and if we are able to, we will do our best to restock it.  If an out of stock item has caught your eye and you simply can’t live without it, please email hello@jijikiki.com and we'll see what we can do.

I would like to return something, how do I do this?
