Spotted Fascinator Mini Cocktail Hat

Navy and white spot print cocktail hat, handmade by Kalandra Jane.

Made from a sturdy, stiff base fabric covered in a navy and white spot fabric, with red ribbon trim and delicate black veiling, topped off with a matching bow.
The hat is lined with red faux silk and is secured to your hair with a comb fastening. Measures approx 12 cm across.
